“Changes occur from within. I simply facilitate the changes. I am about more empowerment and less defeat.”

– Virginia James, M.A., LPC, LMHC, Strategic Life Coach

When I was a little girl my dream was to become a dancer/choreographer. I became that and it is amazing to know that when you put your mind to something, it can manifest!

During those same younger years, I also came to realize that I have a personal commitment to helping others feel happier. In order to do that I had to work on myself first.

Full disclosure- there were bumps along the way and my learning curves were not always navigated gracefully.

Nonetheless, these two paths that have led me here and now I am able to lead a tribe for my fans and followers who want to be brain-changers.

In the last 10 years, I have helped hundreds of clients through low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and other limiting issues in my professional career as a licensed professional counselor. For the last 20 years I have studied emotional health and well-being. And for the last 30 years I have studied dance, acted as a choreographer and paid my way through undergraduate and graduate school as a paid, professional dancer.

If you know me, you know I love listening and helping everyone I speak to! Plus, I love to be active, fit and healthy AND dance!

That’s why I incorporate a little bit of everything, including alternatives other than prescribed medications including mindfulness, movement, dance, and healthy eating.

I am going to share with you how you can improve self awareness, be the master of your mind and be a more confident and well-rounded dancer. If you have ever struggled with low self-esteem, a feeling of insecurity as a dancer or an inability to follow through because of your lack of motivation? Do you compare yourself to others? I’m going to show you how to improve your motivation, follow through, embrace your strengths and learn how to become a more successful dancer overall.

For the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people to learn more about themselves, increase their own happiness, and feel better about who they are. And for the last year I reached out and helped tens of dancers with this concept. I help adolescents and early 20 -somethings have an attitude of “yes”, a growth-mindset, and more self-knowledge.

This is an urgent concept because the important information you are going to discover in this course will help you invest in yourself. Not only will you feel more amazing in your own skin but you will feel more amazing in your own mind when it comes to dance. Have you ever felt or thought, “I want to excel at dance! I just feel like I’m missing something.” Or have you ever felt or thought, “I wonder what he or she is doing to succeed and maybe I’m not doing that?”

I am going to share with you the three biggest mistakes I see way too many talented dancers making when it comes to their overall success. 1. They are not learning this information sooner. 2. Most are focused on the movement and performance aspect of dance instead of the psychology behind dance. And 3. They are looking outside of themselves for the answers when in actuality the answers are inside of them.

I’m really no different than you. I remember when I was growing up dancing. I had some confidence, some motivation and some insight into what was going on in my mind. I found myself not giving all that I could to my dancing and I didn’t know what I was even missing. Don’t get me wrong I still danced hours upon hours almost every day of the week but it wasn’t until I was much older that I realized psychology had a lot to do with the mistakes I was making in terms of becoming a professional dancer or choreographer.

You might be asking, “what is in this course for me?” In my videos I am going to share and expose my proven and time-tested formula, and help you create a better version the dancer you have inside of you. I am going to show you how to use your mind and not just your body in dance. I am going to show you how to be more confident, smarter and avoid burnout in dance. I am going to show you how to be an even better dancer than you already are!

This is perfect for you if you are open minded, have a willingness to take action, don’t make excuses, and want to be better. This is not for you if you are a complainer, lazy, full of excuses or good at blaming others but I am willing to take the challenge if you are!
